Somato Respiratory Integration

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) teaches you how to access your inner resources of ease and connection and bring them to areas of tension, symptoms or disconnection. Simple exercises include touch, breath, movement and focused attention. Through each level of Network Care, the SRI rhythms will assist you on the journey of discovering your body’s resources, transforming old blocks and patterns, and embodying your most enlivened self.

The goal of SRI is to help individuals develop lifetime skills, safety, strength, wisdom and love in relationship to the experience of his/her body, its behaviors, structures and perceptions. Through reconnecting a person’s breath, touch, focused movement and attention, they are able to experience their body more fully and trust their body’s widsom.

The conceptual model for SRI is detailed in Dr. Donald M. Epstein’s book, The Twelve Stages of Healing: A Network Approach to Wholeness.
